We've done some great science investigations this half term - today we imagined we'd been in a plane crash on a desert island - to survive we had to figure out how to separate various materials: getting salt out of water, sand out of rice, metal from the wreck out of flour and sand out of our drinking water. we also did an experiment to see the difference in sugar between normal & diet cola - a huge SEVEN teaspoons!
